Returns and Exchanges Policy (拉至下方有中文版本)

At LamWorkshop, we are committed to providing our customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. To this end, we offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases made through our website.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.
  • You must provide a valid email receipt or other proof of purchase. 
  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website and shipped to your specified address.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 94586821 or by email at enquiry@lamworkshop.com. Follow the instructions provided to submit the necessary information and photographs. If your return request is approved, you may either visit our store in Causeway Bay (the only option for Hong Kong-based customers) or use the provided shipping label to send the item to our office (for customers outside of Hong Kong). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5% Processing Fee
Due to the approximately 5% processing fee charged by the Shopify platform and credit card companies for each order placed on the website, this fee is non-refundable. Therefore, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from any refunds.

Refund Shipping Fees
Hong Kong Region: We recommend that customers bring the items to be refunded to our Mong Kok store in person. The refund will be credited back to the payment card within 3-7 business days after the in-person refund.If customers need to ship the items for a refund, we will not cover the shipping costs. If the customer chooses to send the items for a refund via cash on delivery, we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount.

Outside of Hong Kong: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for refunds. If the customer chooses to send the items for a refund via cash on delivery, we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product immediately. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away so that we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special-order, non-stock items or personalized items with laser engraving), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific product, please feel free to reach out to us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on pre-order items, sale-priced merchandise, or any gift cards or vouchers.

Exchanges
All products are eligible for a one-time exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us of the desired replacement item. Any price difference will need to be paid by you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to the original payment method. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time. Please be aware that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable.

In-Store Purchases
Since our return service is provided to ensure that online purchases due to angle or color discrepancies in photos do not result in the purchase of an unsuitable product, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any in-store purchases, including those made online and picked up in-store. If you encounter any defects or damage, please inform us, and we will contact the manufacturer and provide appropriate resolution.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


退貨及換貨政策

我們設有 30 天退貨政策,即表示您於網站購買後,收到商品後的 30 天內都可申請退貨。

要符合退貨資格,您的商品必須符合以下條件:

如欲申請退貨,請 Whatsapp +852 94586821 或電郵至 enquiry@lamworkshop.com 聯絡我們。請根據Whatsapp指示提供所需的資料及相片。如您的退貨申請獲批准,請根據指引前往我們的家樂坊門市(香港地區唯一的退貨及換貨方式)或利用郵寄標籤寄送貨物至我們的辦公室(僅限香港以外地區使用)。未經事先申請的退貨將不獲接受。

5% 手續費
由於於網站下單後,每張訂單均有由Shopify平台及信用卡公司收取約5%手贖費,並為不可退還的費用。故此,退貨會有5% 手贖費收取。

退貨運費
香港地區: 我們建議客人親身携帶須退款的產品到旺角門市親身退貨,費用將在退貨後的3-7個工作天後退回付款信用卡中。如客人需要把退貨產品郵寄,我們不會負擔退貨運費。如客人在退貨時採用到付方式寄出,我們會在退款中扣除該退貨運費之費用。

香港以外地區: 客戶須負擔退款的所有運費。如客人在退貨時採用到付方式寄出,我們會在退款中扣除該退貨運費之費用。


損壞及問題
請您收到訂單後立即檢查,如發現商品有任何瑕疵、損壞或收到錯誤貨品,請立即聯絡我們,以便我們評估情況並作出適當處理。


例外情況 / 不可退貨商品
部分商品是不可退貨的,例如易腐品(如食品、鮮花或植物)、訂製產品(如特別訂購的非現貨產品或已進行鐳射刻字的個人化商品)及個人護理品(如美容產品)。我們亦不接受退回危險物品、易燃液體或氣體。如對特定商品有任何問題或疑慮,請隨時與我們聯絡。

很遺憾,我們不接受退回預訂產品,特價期間商品或任何禮券與優惠券。


換貨
所有產品只接受一次性換貨。如果你確認換貨,請告訴我們你需要更換的款式。如價錢不同,則需要為不合適的款式補回差額。


退款
我們會在收到並檢查您的退貨後通知您,並告知退款是否獲批。如獲批准,款項將自動退回至您原本的付款方式。請留意銀行或信用卡公司處理及記賬退款可能需要一些時間。請注意,信用卡交易費用是不可退還的。

門市購物
由於退貨服務是為了確保網上購物時,不因相片角度或色差誤導,導致購買了不合適的產品而提供。故此,在門市的所有購物,包括網站購物並安排在門市領取,均不設退貨及款貨。如有瑕疵或損壞情況,請告之我們,我們會和廠商聯絡並提供適當處理。
